读书会的目标:培养一批具有国际化视野、深刻的理论洞察力、扎实的研究能力、“知中国服务中国”的新时代顶尖研究型人才。
国际视野与“知中国服务中国”:在论文选题上兼顾“国际化问题”与“中国问题”,在探究世界经发展一般规律的同时,以开放性思维分析和解决新时代下中国经济发展出现的特殊问题。
理论洞察力:挑选各个领域的经典之作,并深入精读经典理论,在此基础上对现实问题进行讨论和分析。
研究能力:通过复制经典和前沿文献掌握经济学建模、数值模拟、数据分析和实证研究能力。
与时俱进:紧扣数字经济时代的特点,运用新方法、分析中国经济和世界经济发展过程中出现的新问题。
读书会的训练体系:(1)提供一个本科生可以从零基础到经济学前沿的学术训练体系;(2)在阅读文献的过程中,每个学期对一个特定的领域,有深入的理解。掌握相关的理论建模、统计分析、计量估计和数值分析方法;(3)读书会第一学期强调经典理论,在方法上侧重理论建模和数值分析;第二学期突出对前沿和热点问题进行深入讨论。
二、学员遴选程序和遴选原则
(一)遴选程序
1.学生自主报名。学生将个人简历发送到王永进老师邮箱yjw@nankai.edu.cn。邮件名:云鹰读书会报名+姓名。在邮件中提供以下信息:年级、专业、学习成绩、英语成绩、计算机和数学能力、个人介绍及参加原因。
2.读书会指导委员会根据学生学习成绩(学分绩和系内排名),数学、英语、计算机以及科研能力进行筛选。
3. 报名截止时间2021年12月30日。
4.读书会培训周期为1年。
(二)遴选原则
读书会本着自愿参与的原则,根据考试成绩和科研表现对学员进行筛选:
1. 原则上学习成绩在前20%,在其他方面特别突出的需要有读书会委员会讨论决定是否录用;
2. 读书会是开放的,我们主张“兼容并蓄”,欢迎所有优秀学生参加。
